Built for Brands
with a Point of View.

Greyform is a Berlin-based digital studio creating websites, digital systems and visual identities for interior, furniture, architecture and lifestyle brands. We combine strategic thinking with thoughtful design and precise execution.

The studio is small, focused, and works with modern tools. Few projects in parallel, clear ownership, short paths. The result is pace without panic, quality without effort-for-effort's-sake.

05 Content Systems

Flexible Systems.
Managed Independently.

Websites should evolve with the brands behind them.

We build flexible content systems that allow teams to update projects, publish articles and manage content independently — without relying on developers for every change.

04 Approach

Few projects.
Modern tools.

Greyform runs on a lean studio setup and integrates modern production tools deep into the process. That means shorter iteration cycles, more variants in the design phase, and a pace that used to require larger teams.

The technology stays in the background. What matters is the outcome: a website that feels carefully formed — because it is.

05 Process

How a project
takes shape.

01

Brief & Discovery

We begin with a focused brief — your brand, your audiences, your goals. No lengthy discovery phases or expensive strategy documents. A clear conversation, a shared understanding, a defined scope.

02

Design

We design the full visual system — typography, layout, colour, image treatment, component library — before writing a line of code. You review, respond and we refine. Typically two rounds of revisions before sign-off.

03

Build

We build the site with the same attention to detail as the design. Performance, semantic HTML, SEO structure and content system architecture are all considered as core deliverables, not optional extras.

04

Launch & Handover

We handle the technical launch — domain configuration, hosting setup, analytics and sitemap submission. We document the content system clearly and hand everything over so your team can work independently from day one.

07 Search & Visibility

Built for search.
Ready for AI.

Search behaviour is changing. The way buyers, interior designers, architects and trade specifiers discover brands has shifted — and continues to shift.

Increasingly, professionals use AI systems to research categories, compare suppliers, find inspiration and evaluate options before making contact. A brand that is not clearly structured for machine-readable content is invisible to these systems — regardless of how good its products are.

Greyform structures content, service pages, case studies and journal articles so that both search engines and AI systems can clearly understand what a brand makes, who it is for and why it matters. This is not a technical afterthought. It is a fundamental part of how we design digital systems.

Semantic Structure Clean HTML, correct heading hierarchy, entity clarity
Structured Data Schema.org markup for products, services, FAQs and brand identity
Content Depth Long-form pages that answer real questions from real audiences
AI Readability Content structured for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
08 FAQ

Frequently asked
questions.

What industries do you specialise in?

Greyform works with interior, furniture, architecture and lifestyle brands. Our projects arise where a strong visual identity meets the need for a digital presence that lives up to it.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. The studio is based in Berlin but works with brands across Europe and beyond. Projects are handled in both German and English.

How long does a typical website project take?

A focused project typically takes two to six weeks from brief to launch. The exact timeline depends on scope and content.

Do you build in Webflow?

We are technology-agnostic and choose the stack based on project requirements. Alongside Webflow we use modern frameworks like Astro and custom HTML/CSS/JS — whatever serves the brand best in the long run.

Can you help with SEO and AI visibility?

Yes. SEO and structured content are a core part of our work. We ensure websites are technically sound, semantically correct and readable by modern search systems — including AI.

Can we update the website ourselves after launch?

That is a central goal. We build content systems designed to be managed independently — no technical knowledge required for editors, no developer needed for every content change.

Do we even need a website anymore? Isn't Instagram enough?

Instagram shows what you do. A website explains who it is for and why — with the depth that justifies a buying decision. Anyone seriously considering working with you will search for you online. They will not open Instagram. There is also the question of ownership: Instagram belongs to Meta. Reach, algorithm, account — all outside your control. The website belongs to you. And the decisive difference going forward: when someone asks ChatGPT which studio designs websites for furniture brands in Berlin, the structure of your website determines whether your name comes up. Instagram does not count at all. Instagram brings people to the door. The website opens it.
